Rootscamp Volunteer Schedule

Volunteers are key ingredient to the success of Rootscamp. Please sign up for as many volunteer sessions as you can on both Saturday and Sunday. We've done our best to make sure volunteers will still be able to participate in as many sessions as possible, so don't worry about missing anything fun!

Note: You will need to create a Wiki account in order to add your name.

SATURDAY SCHEDULE

  • Morning Crew, 9:00 - 10:30am (Set up, Breakfast and Registration)
  • Crowd Control Crew, 12:00-12:45 (Direct people rooms, check A/V, report any problems)
  • Lunch Crew, 12:45pm - 2:30pm (Set up and clean up)
  • Crowd Control Crew, 2:00 - 3:15pm
  • Crowd Control Crew, 3:45 - 5:15pm
  • Wrap Up Crew, 5:30 - 6:30pm (Clean up, direct people to Happy Hour, collect A/V equipment, etc)
  • Rootcamp Party People, 6:00 - 9:00 (Set up and Greeters at 1223 Connecticut)


SUNDAY SCHEDULE

  • Lunch Crew, 1:00 - 2:45pm (Set up and clean up)
  • Crowd Control Crew, 2:15 - 4:00pm (Direct people to rooms, check A/V, report any problems)
  • Rootscamp Reception Crew, 3:45 - 5:30pm
  • Wrap Up Crew, 5:00 - 6:00pm (Clean up, collect A/V equipment, help make the NEA sparkle)
